At TinyBlock, we believe in organic recognition, not artificial ranks. That’s why we’re introducing a role system - not based on how much you shout, but how much you show up.

We're also launching the #role-nomination channel. Here, roles aren’t given - they’re endorsed.
You can only nominate someone for a role that you’ve held. That means if you're in the door, you can hold it open for someone else - but not before.
